You have 30 days to return any items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there was an error in your shipment. We prefer that you use our website to place all of your orders. We do not accept phone orders, but can take orders through the mail. Please select this option during checkout for the address to mail the check or money order and include a printout of the shopping cart with your payment.
